  'DON'T RULE CHELSEA OUT' 
  Souness insists people should not be writing off Chelsea's Premier League title defence so soon in to the season. Conte's men have lost three of their opening nine games but the former Liverpool boss feels the Blues have yet to hit top gear.
  "They've not settled down yet to their very best. But there's lot of time for that. 
  "Generally when you're a champion, you're a champion for a reason and you hate that feeling of losing. 
  "They're a team that are used to winning and I wouldn't rule them out of any competition just yet."

  "I would give it to him. I think he has two very obvious advantages over anybody else. He knows the club inside-out having been a stalwart there as a player. He's worked with the set-up and knows who's coming through. And he's an Everton man."
