Bernardo Silva will not face any further
action from the FA after they examined video footage of potential
simulation in Manchester City's win over Burnley.
The Portugal forward was suspected of deliberating deceiving
referee Roger East for the penalty that made it 1-0 at the Etihad, which
was converted by Sergio Aguero to equal the club's all-time
goal-scoring record.Replays showed there was minimal contact from Burnley keeper Nick Pope as Silva went to ground but the 23-year-old insisted he was touched.
